Orders and Shipping
If it is not possible to order a product, something will probably go wrong in the ordering process. Then contact customer service. One of our employees will help you further.
It is possible that the confirmation email has ended up in your spam. Is not this the case? Then contact customer service. One of our employees will then check whether your order has been received correctly.
Do you want to change your order? Then contact customer service.
If you have ordered a product, it is sent and processed directly to a distribution center. We can not stop the shipment, this is an automatic process. You can cancel your order by returning the package with the unopened product according to our conditions within 14 days of receipt. For a detailed explanation, see our return policy.
If you order a product from us on working days before 16:00, your order will usually be delivered at home the next day. The delivery time of an order is a maximum of two days. If you order a product at the weekend, your order will be delivered on a Monday or Tuesday.
Do you want to be sure that you are at home on the day your order is delivered? Then it is possible to change the delivery time. This can be done before 16:00 on the day you ordered a product.
At NutroSan you pay no shipping costs. Each order is sent for free.
Our delivery staff handle your order with care. Is the ordered product damaged or broken? Then you can return it within fourteen days to the return address of NutroSan. Return conditions apply. You can only return a damaged product if it is unpacked in its original packaging. Also state the reason for the return, so that we can send you a new product immediately.

You can return a product, within 14 days after receiving the product, in the following cases:
- The article is not opened and complete
- The article is damaged
The article must be un-opened and unused.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we immediately check whether the item is unopened and unused. Did you pay the order directly via PayPal or iDeal? We will then refund the purchase amount to your PayPal account or bank account within three days.
