How can I return something to you?
Returning your product is very easy; contact us first.
- If you want to return your product because you no longer want it or because you have thought of it, you can return it in the original packaging until 14 days after receipt. We will then ensure that your money is returned without problems.
- If the packaging of your order is damaged on delivery and as a result your product is damaged as well, please contact us as soon as possible to make an appointment for the return.
- You will be notified when your returned product has arrived with us, and when we have transferred the amount to you or when we have sent your replacement product to you. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.
- We will transfer the amount to you via the same payment method you used for the payment.

I want to send my product back
